Who can order? Researchers 18 or older who accept the research-use statement.

What is in the vial? A lyophilized research compound or blend for laboratory research use only. Purity for each lot is stated on its certificate of analysis, available on request.

How is payment taken? By debit or credit card on our secure payment page (Authorize.net, a Visa solution), straight after checkout. We can only accept Visa and Mastercard right now; other payment options are coming soon. Prices are shown in euros, but your card is charged in US dollars (USD): the euro total converted at that day's European Central Bank rate, rounded up to the cent. The exact USD amount is shown on the payment page before you pay, and your bank may apply a currency conversion fee. The order is placed once payment is approved.

Where do you ship? EU member states plus the UK, Switzerland, and Norway, dispatched from Colchester, England by Royal Mail. Shipping is €12.00, free on orders of €99.00 or more.

Is VAT included? We do not charge VAT. Orders ship from the United Kingdom, so you are responsible for any import VAT, customs duties and customs or handling fees charged by your country or the carrier on delivery.

Do I need an account? No. You can check out as a guest with just your email and delivery address.
